Kate Taelman, MPH

Kate Taelman is the YES Program Coordinator at the Prevention Research Collaborative. Before joining the PRC, she worked at the Injury Prevention Center doing clinical research. Prior to this, Kate worked in K-12 education for more than ten years, including seven years of teaching middle/high school social studies. Her areas of interest include child & adolescent health, school health, and injury prevention. She holds a Master of Public Health from Central Michigan University and a Master in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College.
