Description
The PRC partnered with the Foote Hospital Foundation for a Healthy Community to conduct a county-wide representative survey that focused on physical and mental health status, health behaviors and health services access and utilization. The Jackson Health Improvement Organization used the results of the survey to focus and improve programs and policies that affect the health of county residents.
